Now in it’s sixth year, our Bootcamp program continues to grow and see great success! We look forward to another great year with more milestones to be achieved.
I have lost over 100lbs since August of 2015. I started with small changes in my diet and noticed small decreases in my weight. I then decided to dive into more drastic changes in my eating by cutting portions, only drinking water, watching sugar and calorie intake, and cutting out items like white rice and pasta. I also attend boot camp 3x weekly and do cardio. Since starting bootcamp I’ve lost 95lbs and counting!
